Do you need an event space?
We have flexible meeting room space available for hire. Both rooms are carpeted, have wifi internet access, free-standing flip chart stand, together with a number of wipe clean tables and comfortable upholstered stacking chairs.
Room1
A smaller room suitable for meetings of approximately 15 people.
Room 1 has a ceiling mounted projector.
Room 2
A larger room suitable for meetings of approximately 30 people.
Room 2 has an interactive smart board and a ceiling mounted projector.
The two rooms can be made into one large room with a total capacity of 60.
A portable induction hearing loop system is available on request.
Other Facilities:
A small kitchen equipped with kettle, urn, refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery and a sink.
Toilets:
Ground floor: men’s and also a fully accessible toilet with baby changing facilities
Upstairs: lady’s toilet
Access:
Access to the library is by ramp or steps. Internally there is a lift available for upstairs access suitable for wheelchairs.
Catering:
Kirkbymoorside has a range of hotels and coffee shops that offer outside catering if required. Please ask for details.

All equipment is included in the hourly rate
