Meeting Rooms for Hire

Spaces

Our event spaces are suitable for large or small groups. There are two rooms on the first floor of the building which can be hired separately or opened up as one large space. We have comfortable seating and tables available, as well as a flip chart easel..

Room 1 is a smaller room suitable for meetings of approximately 15 people.

Room 2 is a larger room suitable for meetings of approximately 30 people. This room contains a projector and a large electronically operated screen.

The two rooms can be made into one large room with a total capacity of 60.

Wifi access is free. Print and copy facilities are available in the library; these are charged for separately.

Facilities

There is a well-equipped kitchen adjacent to the rooms, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery.

There are toilets upstairs and downstairs with an accessible toilet and baby change facilities on the ground floor.

Parking

There is a pay and display car park behind the library.

Access

Access is available to the front entrance via steps or ramp. There are cycle racks at the front of the building. A lift is available to the first floor.

Prices

All equipment is included in the hourly rate. These prices are per hour and are correct as at 5th August 2026.
